This nail buffer block gets your nails nice and shiny with little effort. Take it easy on the 1 FILE , the grit is pretty coarse.

I got these for my wife to review since she’s the one with long fingernails and has a collection of all kinds of files and buffers. The following is her assessment.These work!! I always leave my nails unpolished since I gave up acrylic nails years ago. I love the high shine I get from these buffers. I let my nails grow after this item was requested just to test them.Number 1 is only used to shorten the nails so I started with the #2 Buff then #3 Smooth and #4 Shine.I use shine about every 3 to 4 days to keep a high shine. I tried the Czech glass smoother but it can leave scratches and to get past them I ended up removing more nail surface than I wanted to. I don’t go back to #2 or # 3 until they have grown out a little and I want to remove the ridges to get my nice shine back. The foam under the abrasive conforms to my nails better than others I have used.Photo shows Czech Glass after doing one nail halfway and a complete job of one hand, start to finish, with Tweezerman. They are easier to hold than a basic flat nail file. The steps are quick and easy.They are made in Korea and feel better made than others I have used.I love them and I put one in a travel box in my purse to keep with me all the time. When I wear them out I will definitely replace them with another Tweezerman set.

TweezerMan, what a name… Extruding visions of Softness and Masculinity, this is a line of personal grooming products. This Tweezerman Nail Care line includes the Nail Buffing Block. Be manly, have a buffed and shiny nail, without a trip to the nail salon. This isn't my first time around with a nail buffing block, but this is the first one that I have owned. My regular visits to the nail salon for a mani-pedi may not be at risk, but doing self-care maintenance at home for your personal grooming makes sense for the fiscally conscious. I liked the numbered 4 sided block, which features a nail file, buffer, smoother and gloss shine sides. I trimmed my nails with a nail clipper, and quickly filed, buffed, smoothed it and gave it a glossy shine. The block is easy to hold and easy to use. Filing takes a bit of finesse as the block is kinda large, and I like the disposal nail file boards over this one, but for a final touch before the polish, this file isn't bad. The rest of the sides of the 4-sided block are perfect in size. The results speak for themselves. Overall, I am happy with this product, and given that my significant other had one of these similar devices a few years ago, it should last a long time. Totally worth it for the DIY kinda person.

The Tweezerman Nail Buffer Blocks are great, long lasting tools that really boost my self-care routine. I love doing home manicures, even if I’m just filing and shaping my nails. This nail buffer block has a great, fine-grit file on it, so unless you need clippers as well, the buffer block provides all you need for a great natural nail manicure.The initial manicure took anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes because I had untreated nails. The Shine step is what really brings everything together for an awesome looking natural nail. After 24 hours, the shine did dull a bit, but re-shining takes seconds and I’m able to keep up the manicure easily day after day. After a few days, the nail grows from the cuticle so I had to buff and smooth again in certain areas. I’m someone who is always on the move, always using my hands, and I have somewhat long nails at about a ¼-inch from the end of the nail bed. The tips of my nails and the cuticle area are what dull the easiest, so keep that in mind if you have longer nails. I’ve used the block for at least a week and it’s still holding up. I love that I get two blocks in one pack. Overall, these blocks are great and I can honestly recommend them for a quick and easy home manicure.

This review is for the Tweezerman Nail Buffer Blocks. You get 2 nail blocks in the package.Honestly I did not expect too much. You use these for awhile. They wear down. You throw them away. The Tweezerman nail blocks actually do work a little better than others I have used. I noticed the hand nails definitely had a shine to them.Here is the basic process:1 - Use the file side to shape the nail to the desired shape. This is the most coarse side.2 - Use the buff side to smooth out the nail after using the file side.3 - Use the smooth side to smooth it even more. 4 - Use the shine side to add that shine to the nail. This was better than expected.Overall it is a quality product at a reasonable price. I recommend this product.

I have always been a huge fan of these nail buffer blocks but they became harder to find locally in my area. Who knew they were sold at Best Buy!?These buffer blocks require a little elbow grease and it could be a bit messy during the process but the end results are well worth it.From the start to finish, it took only about 20 min. (each nail x 4) and my nails sparkled like diamonds as soon as I was finished - no exaggeration! My 'Before' and 'After' photos didn't quite capture its true effect.It's been four days since I buffed my nails and I'm happy to report my nails are still looking polished and feel so smooth.Tweezerman's nail buffer blocks are definitely worth your money, time and efforts - I highly recommend it!!!

I actually have like products and my wife and kids always laugh when they see me doing my nails because I lean towards what would be considered an "Alpha". But I do love when my nails have a smooth and sleek gloss about them :). I was walking through the mall when I was about 20 and one of the vendors at one of the random kiosks asked to shine my nails in an attempt to sell me their special products. I remember thinking what the hey, with no real intentions to buy just looking to kill some time while I was waiting on my then girlfriend and now wife to finish shopping. Well, after he gave me his spill and buffed my nails out, I said no thank you and took my leave. I spent the next several days in awe of my nails and how good it made my hands look; vain I know. From then, I have always had a buffer since going to a salon is outside of what I am going to do. I have used many assorted brands and found that price does not dictate quality! The Tweezerman Nail Buff Block is a prime example of this tenet with their superior quality and super economical price. This block is a four-sided system:1. File2. Buff3. Smooth4. ShineOthers might go as far as an eight-sided but as you can see in the results believe me when I say it is not needed. The grit for each is perfectly within a goldilocks zone and delivers exactly for the desired end result without extra steps. I will only be using Tweezerman from now on and have thrown the other out already. Pro-Tip: take your time and only buff in one uniform direction.

Just because I work in the yard and dirt, fix the car, bikes or whatever needs repair and maintenance, doesn't mean my nails and hands have to look disgusting. Nothing i worse than nicking a nail and have it snag on every piece of clothing or fabric. Even more painful, having it tear into the flesh.So before that happens I cut it back, smooth off the ragged edges and make them smooth again. The four (4) sided buffing block makes this easy for me to do myself in no time. First I cut back the nail to make it look good, file it with side (1) of the block. Next is side (2) buff the edge and top of the nail. And for a nice healthy look, finish off with side (3) for a smooth feel. Side (4) gives the nail a polished look without any chemicals or nail polish.

I’m not one to go to a nail salon but these little guys are perfect. When you have clean nails the process is simple. 1. File your nail, 2. Budd your nail 3. Smooth your nail 4 shine your nail. Super simple and it’s look like you put gloss on your nails.

The Tweezer Nail Buffer blocks come in a set of two. The nail buffer has 4 sides and is numbered. First, filed my nails, then buffed them out, smoothed out the edges, and shined them up. After completing these steps applied a nail strengthener oil to my nails. After letting the oil set, washed my hands again. Then moved on to painting my nails with clear nail polish. The nail buffer feels sturdy as though it will last a while. Personally feel it is worth the price point.

Selecting the Tweezerman Nail Buffer Block appealed to me as someone who only in the last few years started getting Manicures (maybe once every month or two). I've seen similar blocks used by the nail technicians, but never understood what purpose they served. I was very happy to see these appeared to be super easy to use, each precision buffer block has 4 numbered sides, first you use one side to file down the nails, the next side is for buffing them, the third side is for smoothing, and the last gives the nails a shine, My nails definitely had a shine (like glass) when I was done with all four steps, and looked better overall than before I used it. It's possible this might help me save money by having fewer manicures, and save me time. The one concern I had about quality, is i did see the edges start to separate from the block after a couple uses, but it did not break and at this price I am not concerned with how long they last.

Tweezerman has made an excellent easy to follow 4 step nail block system so you can achieve professionally manicured nails in the privacy of your own home. No need to wear a mask or be uncomfortable waiting in a salon for extended periods of time. Maybe, you just want something quick you can do at home to make a difference. These blocks simply work, but remember this - you are your nail tech, so individual results may vary. You get back what you put in regarding time and results. In my experience, I found it reasonably simple to use to go from FILE, BUFF, SMOOTH, and SHINE. They are numbered, so you can't mess up. The shine looks like a clear coat was applied, but it is my actual nail! Going on one week and the shine is still there. I highly recommend this set of blocks to anyone who wants to have nice nails.

I like to treat myself to a professional mani-pedi on occasion. In between it’s DYI. Now, with these Buffer Blocks from Tweezerman that job has gotten easier! While they may not clip, they do everything else.Filing, buffing, smoothing, and polishing are all done with a single block. Each of the 4 sides of block is clearly labeled to identify its use. After clipping or any other time you want a “clean up” on your nails, a few moments with your Tweezerman completes the job. I love it!
